I have to say that my overall feeling about the conference this year is that ARN really "outdid" itself and this year's event will be a tough act to follow (but I'm sure you'll manage). The Exhibition Hall was in my opinion the highlight of this year's event. It was well done with many interesting and exciting concepts. I found the Conference motivating, informative and energizing. The networking allowed me the opportunity to meet some new retail operators that I certainly would like to see become part of the concessions program at the Orlando International. There were a number of outstanding speakers that I found very informative and their topics were right on target and addressed a number of issues and challenges that our industry is facing now and into the future. The exhibit hall gave me the time to chat with concessionaires, colleagues and acquaintances to exchange opinions and information.
The sessions were productive and timed in a fashion that allowed for disbursement of information and Q&A time that was just right. Overall, the conference is an asset to our industry and yes, I will attend in the future.

( I frankly would eliminate the street pricing discussions since this will never be agreed to by all.) The ARN 2007 Conference was a delight!  I have been to several conferences throughout the years but found the ARN Conference to be one of the best I have ever attended.  The sessions I attended provided opportunities for Senior Airport Management to experience sides of the terminal operations that are not always available to see and/or experience.  The sessions had good speakers, great topics and a great debate highlighted with very worthwhile learning sessions. I found there were an incredible number of new and innovative ideas that are out there for airport concessions. I found the exhibit hall to be outstanding as well as a real help to connecting with the airport concessions world.
